Registration process changes.

Hello.

Because of recent small spam bot attacks, the TDM team is changing the registration process as follows:

• Email validation is now necessary to register at TDM forums.
• Newly registered users will be put in their own group and will not have the same permissions as others, until they make 5 posts.
• People's usernames can now be with any ASCII characters excluding International Unicode (Non-Latin characters), to prevent nickname theft.
• New users will be asked a Random question to prove their human status.
